Gold & Silver North Bay — Terms of Sale
Operating Name: Gold & Silver North Bay is a operating name of North Bay Stamp & Coin Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you (“customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the following Terms of Sale.
1) Scope
These Terms govern all customer purchases from Gold & Silver North Bay, whether made online, in-store, or over the phone. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these Terms in full.
2) Pricing and Market Volatility
Bullion prices change frequently. When you place an order, your price is locked in for 24 hours. Payment must be received and confirmed within this time frame. Failure to make payment within 24 hours may result in order cancellation and potential suspension or banning from our website and related services.
3) Payment Methods and Fees
- Interac e-Transfer: Send within 24 hours to contact@goldandsilvernorthbay.ca.
Reference: Your order number. Security answer: gold. No partial payments unless otherwise agreed. - Credit Card: Subject to a 5% processing fee.
- Bank or Wire Transfer: Complete within 24 hours. Include your order number in the reference.
- Cash (In-Store): Pay within 24 hours of placing your order. Bring your order number and valid ID
Unpaid orders are automatically canceled once the payment window closes, and products return to inventory.
4) No Returns, No Exchanges
All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted under any circumstance.
5) Order Fulfillment, Pickup, and Shipping
Pickup: Orders may be collected at 107-222 McIntyre St W, North Bay, ON, P1B 2Y8, Canada. Please bring valid photo ID and your order number at the time of pickup.
Shipping: Free on orders $299 CAD+; all other orders pay shipping at checkout. All packages are fully insured until signed for, and a signature is required upon delivery. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier has confirmed delivery of the shipment.
6) Off-System Orders and Custom Quotes
Our website limits how many products can be ordered online.
For larger quantities, special requests, or bulk discounts, please call us directly — we’ll ensure you receive the best available pricing.
Phone communications may be recorded for quality assurance, security, and accuracy.
All phone orders or price discussions must be followed by an email confirmation summarizing the agreed details to create a binding record.
7) System Use and Conduct
Any attempt to abuse, exploit, disrupt, or interfere with our website, checkout process, or payment systems is strictly prohibited and may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or legal action.
Automated scraping, bulk data extraction, and any activity that burdens or bypasses system protections are expressly forbidden.
8) Verification and Fraud Prevention
We may require proof of identity, address, or payment authorization before processing or releasing any order.
Orders may be canceled if fraudulent activity, mismatched information, or non-payment is suspected.
We cooperate fully with law enforcement in fraud investigations.
9) Right to Cancel
Gold & Silver North Bay reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, including for pricing errors, inventory issues, fraud prevention, or regulatory reasons.
If canceled after payment for reasons not caused by you, a refund will be issued via the original payment method, minus any non-recoverable processor fees.
10) Errors, Availability, and Technical Faults
Obvious pricing or data errors, stock discrepancies, or website malfunctions may result in correction or cancellation.
We are not responsible for system downtime, transmission errors, or interruptions beyond our control.
11) Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any transaction is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, opportunity, or data.
12) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless North Bay Stamp & Coin Ltd., its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our systems.
13) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.

We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued purchases or website use constitute acceptance of the latest version.
